Dear Sir or Madam:

Attached is a motion to enforce settlement agreement
which is being filed under seal in the above-captioned
case. When this case was settled several years back, an
order was entered sealing the court's file on this case.
The motion to enforce the settlement agreement is
therefore also being filed under seal pursuant to that
order.

I spoke this afternoon with a supervisor in your
department, Eliot Moska, who informed me that the correct
procedure for filing this motion under seal was to place
the motion, memorandum and exhibits in an envelope
and attach the cover sheet of the motion and a copy of the
sealing order to the outside. Therefore, I am attaching
a copy of the sealing order to this cover letter, and have
sealed the papers accordingly.

These papers are to go into the sealed court file,
and are not to be open to public access.
